On June 11, 2014, KION GROUP AG, Abraham-Lincoln-Strasse 21, 65189
Wiesbaden, Germany (ISIN DE000KGX8881, WKN KGX888) has received the
following voting rights notifications pursuant to Article 21, Section 1
WpHG:

1. Pelham Long Short Master Fund Limited, Bermuda, Bermuda has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
   Voting Rights on KION GROUP AG, Wiesbaden, Germany, have exceeded
   the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 10, 2014 and on that day
   amounted to 5.33% (this corresponds to 5,267,550 Voting Rights).

2. Pelham Capital Management LLP, London, Great Britain has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
   Voting Rights on KION GROUP AG, Wiesbaden, Germany, have exceeded the
   5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 10, 2014 and on that day
   amounted to 5.33% (this corresponds to 5,267,550 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 5.33% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5,267,550 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company from Pelham Long Short Master Fund Ltd.

1. Mr Ross Turner, Great Britain has informed us according to Article 21,
   Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on KION GROUP
   AG, Wiesbaden, Germany, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the
   Voting Rights on June 10, 2014 and on that day amounted to 5.33% (this
   corresponds to 5,267,550 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 5.33% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
5,267,550 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Turner from Pelham Long
Short Master Fund Ltd.
