The Company announces that the following transactions in ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, ("Shares"), were carried out on 29 July 2024.

Yilmaz Erceyes, Chief Marketing Officer, reinvested his dividends in the Company, by purchasing 1,117 Shares, at a price of 1.77556p per Share.

Paul Thompson, Chief Supply Chain Officer, reinvested his dividends in the Company, by purchasing 1,969 Shares, at a price of 1.77556p per Share.
