Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024 - correction of dividend record date

Elementis plc (the "Company" or "Elementis") notes the following typographical error relating to the record date for the interim dividend in its interim results for the period ended 30 June 2024 released at 7.00am on 1 August 2024 under RNS Number 6805Y.

-     The interim dividend will be paid on 27 September 2024 to shareholders included on the share register on 16 September 2024, page 11. This is corrected to "The interim dividend will be paid on 27 September 2024 to shareholders included on the share register on 16 August 2024".
