AO World plc announces that it received notification on 1 August that on 1 August 2024, the following transactions have been executed by the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) and persons closely associated (PCA):

Further to the Company's announcement on 1 August regarding market purchases to be made by Apex Financial Services (Trust Company) Limited (the "Trustee"), as Trustee of the AO World Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), the purchaser of the shares referenced above is the EBT. Given the EBT market purchase programme is being funded by way of a gift by the Company, the sales by John Roberts and Sally Roberts, and Chris Hopkinson constitute material related party transactions pursuant to the profit test referred to in DTR 7.3. The information required by DTR 7.3.8 is set out in the Notification of Dealing Forms below.
