Senior Independent Director Appointment

LMS is pleased to announce that Graham Stedman, who joined the Board in 2019 and who chairs the Remuneration Committee, has been appointed as Senior Independent Director. This role was previously fulfilled by Jamie Wilson prior to his appointment as Chairman in May 2024.

Commenting on the appointment Chair Jamie Wilson said:
