SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES Awarded a Major Contract for the Supply of a CIGS
Production Machine

Kahl am Main, June 25, 2014 - The SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS)
signed today an agreement with a Chinese customer for the supply of a
production machine for wet-chemical coating processes. This machine is a
central component for the manufacturing of CIGS thin-film modules. The
order volume exceeds EUR 15 million. The order is still subject to the
approval of the relevant boards. This contractual agreement with the
customer is an additional important expansion step for SINGULUS
TECHNOLOGIES in the Solar segment.

For thin-film solar cells SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES focuses on CIS/CIGS
technology and offers machines for all of the relevant processing steps.
