Germany, on 26 June 2014 pursuant to Art. 21 Section 1 WpHG that on 25 June
2014 the percentage of voting rights of ODDO Asset Management, Paris,
France, in Carl Zeiss Meditec AG increased above the threshold of 3%. The
percentage of voting rights amounted to 3.04% (corresponding to 2,469,819
