informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 24, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 4.95% (this corresponds to 257362 Voting Rights).
