DIVIDEND

The Board has also today declared a dividend of 100 pence per share taking dividends declared so far in 2024/25 to £1.00 per share (2023/24: £1.45 per share). This is in line with the Company's policy to distribute truly surplus cash and reflects an increase of £5 million in our cash buffer (from £75 million to £80 million). This will be paid on 16 September 2024 for shareholders on the register on 9 August 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 8 August 2024. The last date for elections for the dividend re-investment plan is 23 August 2024.
