German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

The following entity has notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 26 June 2014
by notification pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG) as follows:

Ameriprise Financial, Inc.

The share of voting rights of Ameriprise Financial, Inc., Minneapolis, USA,
in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring, Germany,
fell below the threshold of 3% on 23 June 2014 and, on this date, amounted
to 2.94% of the total number of voting rights (6,430,144 voting rights of a
total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.

This share of voting rights was attributed to Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG). A portion of this share of voting rights amounting to
0.01% of the total number of voting rights (17,722 voting rights) was
attributed to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. also pursuant to § 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
