First Sensor AG hereby announces that at the end of the month June 2014 the
number of Voting Rights amounts to a total of 10,093,583 Voting Rights.

The change of Total Voting Rights is effective as of

June 5, 2014 (increase of 17,000 Voting Rights - Capital increase from
contingent capital 2009/II) and
June 17, 2014 (increase of another 1,000 Voting Rights - Capital increase
from contingent capital 2009/II) and
June 25, 2014 (increase of another 20,000 Voting Rights - Capital increase
from contingent capital 2009/II) and
June 25, 2014 (increase of another 74,140 Voting Rights - Capital increase
