On July 01, 2014, BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK Ltd, London, United
Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 25, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 5.28% (this corresponds to 274716 Voting Rights).
5.28% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 274716 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
