Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on ADLER Real
Estate AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 10% threshold of the
Voting Rights on June 24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 6.25% (this
corresponds to 1800000 Voting Rights).
