Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ADLER Real Estate AG, Hamburg,
Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% threshold
of the Voting Rights on June 24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 41.77%
(this corresponds to 12020528 Voting Rights).
