On July 03, 2014, Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on CENIT AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 01, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 5.03% (this corresponds to 420958 Voting Rights).
1.35% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 113250 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
