On July 02, 2014, Mr Klaus Wecken, Schweiz has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
ADLER Real Estate AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 10% threshold
of the Voting Rights on June 26, 2014 and on that day amounted to 11.31%
(this corresponds to 3256000 Voting Rights).
11.31% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3256000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Wecken in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
