Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf, Deutschland, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 01, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 3.24% (this corresponds to 4154149 Voting Rights).
3.16% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 4045594 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
