On July 14, 2014, Mr Christian Dreyer, Österreich has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
MS Industrie AG, München, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold
of the Voting Rights on July 11, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.33%
(this corresponds to 1000000 Voting Rights).
3.33% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1000000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Dreyer in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting
Rights are held by the following companies under his control, whose share
of the Voting Rights in MS Industrie AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
