1. Correction of the Announcement dated June 25, 2014: On July 17, 2014,
   Schroder International Selection Fund, Senningerberg, Luxemburg has
   informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
   its Voting Rights on XING AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 3%
   threshold of the Voting Rights on June 19, 2014 and on that day amounted to
   3.005% (this corresponds to 168069 Voting Rights).

2. On July 17, 2014, Schroder Investment Management (Luxembourg) S.A.,
   Senningerberg, Luxemburg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1
   of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on XING AG, Hamburg,
   Deutschland, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June
   19, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.005% (this corresponds to 168069
   Voting Rights). 3.005% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 168069 Voting
   Rights) are attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22,
   Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
   Attributed Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its
   control, whose share of the Voting Rights in XING AG amounts to 3 percent
   or more: Schroder International Selection Fund.

3. On July 17, 2014, Schroder International Finance B.V. , Amsterdam,
   Niederlande has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
   that via shares its Voting Rights on XING AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, have
   exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 19, 2014 and on that
   day amounted to 3.005% (this corresponds to 168069 Voting Rights).

3.005% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 168069 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in XING AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Schroder Investment Management (Luxembourg) S.A., Schroder International
Selection Fund.
