Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

Allianz Global Investors Europe GmbH, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, informed
us pursuant to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG that its percentage of voting
rights in QSC AG, Cologne, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% to a
percentage of 3.01% as per the settlement date 10 July 2014. This
corresponds to 3,737,202 out of a total of 124,142,487 voting rights issued
by the company.

Of these voting rights, 1.50% are attributed to Allianz Global Investors
Europe GmbH pursuant to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG. This
corresponds to 1,856,000 out of a total of 124,142,487 voting rights issued
by the company.
