On July 28, 2014, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, London, UK,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf, Germany, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 23, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 2.99% (this corresponds to 1,588,388 Voting Rights).

2.99% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1,588,388 Voting Rights)
are held by the notifier and are to be attributed to BlackRock Investment
Management (UK) Limited, London, UK, according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
