number of Voting Rights amounts to a total of 10.100.283 Voting Rights.

The change of Total Voting Rights is effective as of

July 7, 2014 (increase of 2,200 Voting Rights - Capital increase from
contingent capital 2009/II) and
July 30, 2014 (increase of another 1,500 Voting Rights - Capital increase
from contingent capital 2009/II) and
July 31, 2014 (increase of another 3,000 Voting Rights - Capital increase
from contingent capital 2009/II).
