the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on freenet AG, Büdelsdorf,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 05,
2014 and on that day amounted to 3.41% (this corresponds to 4369869 Voting
Rights).
