[German Securities Trading Act] with the objective of Europe-wide
distribution

On August 21, 2014, BlackRock Luxembourg Holdco S.à r.l., Senningerberg,
Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on LEG Immobilien AG, Dusseldorf,
Germany, have fallen below the 10% threshold of the Voting Rights on
19.08.2014 and on that day amounted to 9.97% (this corresponds to 5,277,883
Voting Rights).

Of these voting rights, 9.97% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
5,277,883 Voting Rights) are to be attributed to the company pursuant to
Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of
the WpHG.

Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in LEG
Immobilien AG are to be attributed to:
BlackRock Global Funds
