On August 21, 2014, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights in SAP SE, Walldorf, Germany, exceeded the 3% threshold of the
voting rights on August 19, 2014, and on that day amounted to 3.003% (this
corresponds to 36,887,785 voting rights).
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
