Change in Management Board of Capital Stage AG

Hamburg, 29 August 2014 - Capital Stage AG has agreed together with member
of the Management Board Dr Zoltan Bognar on the premature termination of
his mandate. By mutual agreement Dr Bognar will leave the company for
personal reasons and at his own will on 30 September 2014. The Supervisory
Board thanks Dr Bognar for his excellent work at Capital Stage AG where he,
as part of the Management Board, was significantly involved in the growth
and the internationalisation of the company.

As at 1 October 2014, Dr Christoph Husmann will complete the Management
Board of Capital Stage AG together with the Chairman of the Board Felix
Goedhart. Dr Husmann will be responsible for the finance division. Dr
Husmann is 49 years old and studied business administration at Westfälische
Wilhelms-Universität in Münster as well as at Central University of Iowa in
Pella/Iowa. Since receiving his doctorate at Ruhr-Universität in Bochum he
has been working in management positions in the controlling departments of
internationally operating groups for almost twenty years. Since 2009 he has
been member of the Executive Board (CFO) of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung
GmbH and most recently at the same time the Chairman.
