Dimensional Fund Advisors LP, Austin, Texas, USA, has informed us on August
28, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG,
Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on August 26, 2014 and now
amounts to 2.99% (Amount of Shares: 572.286). 2.83% of the voting rights
(540,460 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG and 0.20% of the voting rights (37,511
voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22 para. 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 of the
WpHG.

Dimensional Holdings Inc., Austin, Texas, USA, has informed us on August
28, 2014, in accordance with section 21 para.1 WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG,
Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on August 26, 2014 and now
amounts to 2.99% (Amount of Shares: 572,286). 2.99% of the voting rights
(572,286 voting rights) are attributed to it in accordance with section 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG in connection with section 22 para. 1
sentence 2 of the WpHG.
