Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
via shares its Voting Rights on KAP-Beteiligungs-AG, Fulda, Germany, have
exceeded the 25% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 01, 2014 and
on that day amounted to 29.889% (this corresponds to 1980000 Voting
Rights).
