Future plc (the Company) (LSE: FUTR) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 15 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 22 May 2024 , the Company has purchased 1,168,282 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £ 12,291,597.19 .

Following the above transaction, the Company holds zero of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 114,035,618 ordinary shares in issue.
