1. On September 01, 2014, Altitude Investments Limited, Jersey, Channel
   Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
   that via shares its Voting Rights on SENATOR Entertainment AG, Berlin,
   Germany, have exceeded the 3% and 5% threshold, of the Voting Rights on
   August 29, 2014 and on that day amounted to 6.86% (this corresponds to
   2,053,412 Voting Rights).

6.86% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,053,412 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in SENATOR Entertainment AG amounts to 3% or
more: Altitude Holdings S.à r.l., Sapinda Holding B.V., Sapinda
Entertainment Investment B.V.

1. On August 29, 2014, Anchor Corporate Holdings Limited, Tortola, British
   Virgin Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
   WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on SENATOR Entertainment AG, Berlin,
   Germany, have fallen below the 5% and 3% thresholds of the Voting Rights on
   August 29, 2014 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0
   Voting Rights).

2. On August 29, 2014, Karmana Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands,
   has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
   shares its Voting Rights on SENATOR Entertainment AG, Berlin, Germany, have
   fallen below the 5% and 3% thresholds of the Voting Rights on August 29,
   2014 and on that day amounted to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).
