FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft: In BY 2013/14 again successful results

In BY 2013/14 (01.07.2013 - 30.06.2014) and in spite of difficult business
in first half year, turnover again increased to 45.4 million EUR compared
to previous year's figure of 44.5 million EUR.

The profit before tax and interest (EBIT) amounting to 2.2 million EUR was
below that of last year of 2.4 million EUR and is based on a lower other
operating income of 0.6 million EUR. The higher figure of operating income
of previous year is mainly due to an unreproducable one-time effect. In
operative business in BY 2013/14 - other operating income excluded - more
profit before tax (0.4 million EUR) was earned compared to previous year.

In BY 2013/14, the profit after tax accordingly decreased from 1.8 million
EUR i.e. 60 cent per share to 1.5 million EUR or 52 cent per share. This
result complies with our expectations given at start of this business year.

Cash flow in operative business was 3.3 million EUR compared to 0.2 million
EUR of previous year.

The company's capital amounts to 22.1 million EUR i.e. 7.49 EUR per share,
there are no bank obligations and the company possesses cash reserves of
8.7 million EUR respectively 2.93 EUR per share.

Again, the board of directors offers to pay a dividend of 50 Cent per share
same as previous year.
