On September 01, 2014, Mr Claas E. Daun, Germany has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
KAP-Beteiligungs-AG, Fulda, Germany, have fallen below the 50% threshold of
the Voting Rights on September 01, 2014 and on that day amounted to 48.672%
(this corresponds to 3224219 Voting Rights).
48.672% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3224219 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Daun in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1,
No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed Voting Rights
are held by the following companies under his control, whose share of the
Voting Rights in KAP-Beteiligungs-AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Daun &
Cie. AG.
