ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or "the Group"), the UK's leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, announces that on 12 July 2024 awards were granted under the ProCook Group plc Performance Share Plan 2021 ("PSP") to certain directors and PDMRs.

The options awarded to Lee Tappenden and Dan Walden under the PSP are subject to the achievement of performance conditions. These options vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant and are subject to a two year holding period.
