Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Software AG,
Darmstadt, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights
on August 22, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.987% (this corresponds to
2596873 Voting Rights).
2.987% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2596873 Voting Rights) are
