On September 11, 2014, BlackRock Group Limited, London, U.K., informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that on September 9, 2014
its percentage of voting rights in SAP SE, Walldorf, Germany, fell below
the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to
36,640,271 voting rights).

All of these voting rights are to be attributed to BlackRock Group Limited
according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
Sentence 2 of the WpHG.
