to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Klöckner & Co. SE, Duisburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on September 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.22% (this
corresponds to 3216464 Voting Rights).
