Transparency Law of the Great Duchy of Luxembourg that via shares its
Voting Rights on SAF-HOLLAND S.A., Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg,
have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on September 08, 2014
