Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 31 March 2024

Wise has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 (the "2024 Annual Report").

In accordance with LR9.6.3 R of the Listing Rules, the 2024 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for public inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

In compliance with rule 6.3.5 (3) of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the 2024 Annual Report can also be viewed on the Company's website: www.wise.com/owners .

Q1 FY25 trading update

Wise will provide an update on 16 July 2024 with a summary of its mission progress and financial performance for the three months to 30 June 2024.
