The Board is pleased to confirm that with effect from 11 July 2024, the Company's name has officially been changed from Henderson European Focus Trust plc to Henderson European Trust plc. The Company has requested that the FCA and the LSE update their records for the Company's new name and to apply a new ticker (HET) as soon as practicable, which is expected to take effect on Monday 15 July 2024.
