of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG,
Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.06% (this corresponds to
2418254 Voting Rights).
