Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on PSI
Aktiengesellschaft für Produkte und Systeme der Informationstechnologie,
Berlin, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 24, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.06% (this corresponds to
480.000 out of a total of 15,697,366 Voting Rights).
