On October 1,2014 in their letter dated September 26, 2014, SvR Capital
GmbH, Munich, Germany has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on KAP-Beteiligungs-AG, Fulda,
Germany, have exceeded the 10% and 15% threshold of the Voting Rights on
September 25, 2014 and on that day amounted to 15.3975% (this corresponds
to 1020000 Voting Rights).
