sentence 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) with the objective
of Europe-wide distribution dated 17 July 2014

The following entities have notified ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG on 06 October
2014 of the correction of the notifications dated 17 July 2014 - in each
case pursuant to §§ 21 para. 1, 22 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) - as follows:

1. Threadneedle Holdings Limited

The share of voting rights of Threadneedle Holdings Limited, London, United
Kingdom, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 14 July 2014 and, on this date,
amounted to 3.02% of the total number of voting rights (6,611,141 voting
rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1
Media AG.

This share of voting rights was attributed to Threadneedle Holdings Limited
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG). A portion of this share of voting rights amounting to
0.01% of the total number of voting rights (18,651 voting rights) was
attributed to Threadneedle Holdings Limited also pursuant to § 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

1. TAM UK Holdings Limited

The share of voting rights of TAM UK Holdings Limited, London, United
Kingdom, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7, 85774 Unterföhring,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 14 July 2014 and, on this date,
amounted to 3.02% of the total number of voting rights (6,611,141 voting
rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in ProSiebenSat.1

This share of voting rights was attributed to TAM UK Holdings Limited
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the German Securities Trading Act
(WpHG) in connection with § 22 para. 1 sent. 2 of the German Securities
Trading Act (WpHG). A portion of this share of voting rights amounting to
0.01% of the total number of voting rights (18,651 voting rights) was
attributed to TAM UK Holdings Limited also pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1
no. 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).

The share of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings
Limited, London, United Kingdom, in ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Medienallee 7,
85774 Unterföhring, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on 14 July 2014
and, on this date, amounted to 3.02% of the total number of voting rights
(6,611,141 voting rights of a total number of 218,797,200 voting rights) in
ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG.
