Stelrad Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 8 July 2024, Bob Ellis, Chairman of the Company, sold 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("shares") at a price of £1.12 per share.
The sale was conducted for financial planning purposes and represents approximately 8.73% of Bob Ellis's holding in the Company. Following this transaction, Bob Ellis has an interest in 2,613,782 shares, representing 2.05% of the Company's share capital.
