has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, have
fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 02, 2014 and
on that day amounted to 4.99% (this corresponds to 3943079 Voting Rights).
4.99% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3943079 Voting Rights) are
