The Company announces that, on 9 July 2024 it granted options over a total of 2,284,492 ordinary shares to employees under its UK all-employee savings-related share option scheme ("the Scheme") at an option price of £14.22 per ordinary share. 

This included the grant of options to the following Director and PDMRs set out in the table below.  This disclosure is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and provides further details on the number of options granted under the Scheme on 9 July 2024.
