Beazley plc ('Beazley' or the 'Company') announces that on 8 July 2024 it purchased for cancellation through Deutsche Numis ('Numis') the following number of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each, pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 8 March 2024.

Since the announcement of the share repurchase programme on 8 March 2024, Beazley has purchased 22,242,847 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation.
