3. On October 16, 2014, FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda has informed us
   according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
   Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, have fallen below the 5%
   threshold of the Voting Rights on October 16, 2014 and on that day amounted
   to 4.91% (this corresponds to 255,031 Voting Rights).
   4.91% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 255,031 Voting Rights) are
   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
   Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
   The voting rights attributable to FIL Limited were held via the following
   shareholder whose share of voting rights in Amadeus FiRe AG amounts to 3%
   or more: FIDELITY SICAV.

4. On October 16, 2014, FIL Investments International, Hildenborough,
   United Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
   WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt,
   Deutschland, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
   October 16, 2014 and on that day amounted to 4.91% (this corresponds to
   255,031 Voting Rights).
   4.91% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 255,031 Voting Rights) are
   attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
   Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
   The voting rights attributable to FIL Investments International were held
   via the following shareholder whose share of voting rights in Amadeus FiRe
   AG amounts to 3% or more: FIDELITY SICAV.

   Kingdom has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that
   via shares its Voting Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland,
   have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on October 16, 2014
   and on that day amounted to 4.91% (this corresponds to 255,031 Voting
   Rights).
