Correction of a notification according to Article 26 Section 1 WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act) from January 09, 2014.

BNP Paribas Investment Partners UK Ltd, London, United Kingdom has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German Securities
Trading Act) that via shares its Voting Rights on alstria office REIT-AG,
Hamburg, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
January 03, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.001% (this corresponds to
2368611 Voting Rights).

3.001% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2368611 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following shareholders, whose share of the
Voting Rights in alstria office REIT-AG amounts to 3 percent or more: BNP
Paribas Investment Partners Belgium S.A..

This notification is a correction of the notification according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) as of January 08,
2014 which we published according to Article 26, Section 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act) on January 09, 2014.
