Dissemination of a voting rights notification pursuant to Article 21
Section 1 WpHG (share)

1. Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, informed us pursuant to Article 21 Section
   1 WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in QSC AG, Cologne,
   Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on October 16, 2014 and amounted
   to 3.003% (3,728,265 voting rights of a total of 124,142,487 voting
   rights). The voting rights had been attributed to Allianz SE both
   according to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG and according
   to Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2
   WpHG.

2. Allianz SE also informed us according to Article 21 Section 1 WpHG in
   conjunction with Article 24 WpHG that the percentage of voting rights
   of Allianz Asset Management AG, Munich, Germany, in QSC AG, Cologne,
   Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% on October 16, 2014 and amounted
   to 3.003% (3,728,265 voting rights of a total of 124,142,487 voting
   rights). Those voting rights were attributed according to Article 22
   Section 1 Sentence 1 No. 6 in conjunction with Sentence 2 WpHG.
